Own Path Course is operated by ECSTASY BLISS LIMITED. We sell digital products, including online courses, videos, audio materials, ebooks, and downloadable educational resources.

Digital Products

All products sold through Own Path Course are digital. No physical products will be shipped.

Customers receive immediate access to or a download link for their purchased digital content after successful payment.

Cancellations and Refunds

Before receiving access to digital content, consumers may have a statutory right to cancel their purchase within 14 days, where applicable.

By purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate access or delivery, you expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning immediately. You also acknowledge that once access, streaming, or downloading begins, you may lose your statutory right to cancel the purchase.

Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, purchases are non-refundable after delivery or access has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Faulty or Misdescribed Content

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

If digital content is faulty, inaccessible, corrupted, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not conform to the purchase agreement, please contact us. We will review the issue and may provide a replacement, repair, renewed access, price reduction, or refund where required by law.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us before accessing or downloading the duplicate purchase. We will review the transaction and may issue a refund for the duplicate payment.
